FIRST ANNUAL MADISON HIP-HOP AWARDS DATE ANNOUNCED

MADISON, WI — Fans, promoters, artists and others have come together to recognize the talent, determination and hard work of those in the Madison area Hip-Hop scene in an event that will culminate with a showcase of local artists and an award ceremony.

The awards will recognize the best performers (rappers, groups, etc.), DJs, promoters, producers,spoken-word artists, b-boys/girls, street artists, fan of the year and others.

Proceeds from the event will be donated to the local branch of the Toys for Tots campaign.
