Fans: Just fill out the information requested in the form. You don't need to use your real name. You will get a confirmation email. Once that comes, open it, click on it and you should be redirected to the voting site.
Artists: If you are not already signed up for an account, I believe Broadjam is offering free trial accounts for a limited period of time. Take advantage of it! Because of a technical issue, you may not be redirected after you open the confirmation email.
